Miralles Associates, Inc. [MAI Architects] [MAI] is an employee-owned firm offering full-service architecture and planning services. Our established proficiency is a result of the successful completion of more than 500 projects over the past 35-years. Also qualified as a Small Business Enterprise [SBE] with the State of California, we are focused on design excellence, program compliance, budget control and constructability. MAI has earned a reputation for outstanding performance, numerous repeat commissions and award-winning designs.

The MAI Team has a diverse array of project types including facility programming, site development, historic restoration/renovation, disabled access compliance, project management and construction administration as highlighted in the firm’s portfolio. MAI Architects’ main areas of expertise are the planning and design of transportation, municipal and educational projects. MAI has successfully worked with entities such as Los Angeles, Pasadena and Santa Ana Unified School Districts; the County and City of Los Angeles, as well as the County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, and the Orange County Transportation Authority.
