Miralles Associates, Inc. [MAI Architects][MAI] understands the unique socio-economic demands and design trends that are translated into programs that stabilize as well as propel our community forward. Integrated Project Delivery [IPD] is the prime metric in creating a synergetic relationship of Owner, Architect, Builder, and all others in building development from the onset.

By employing IPD over the traditional methods, the Team leverages its ability to impact cost, functional capabilities, and design changes. When a software tool such as Building Information Modeling [BIM] is used with IPD it provides a platform for optimization throughout a project's design and construction. Currently MAI has a core group of consultants committed to the full utilization of Revit for BIM throughout the project duration.
