MAISERVICES

The MAI Team is known for their experience in working with public and private clients for more than 35 years. We have experience with state, city and local agencies as well as our workload capacity gives us the ability to quickly respond to fluctuating project demands. Core and value-added services are provided at no additional cost. Specialty services are available as required through our long standing and significant pool of “tiered” consultant network.

Project Teams are established on a project-by-project basis, including construction management, consultants and specialty consultants. We have clusters of three to six subconsultants for each engineering discipline and specialty consultants, thus allowing MAI as prime to customize an appropriate team dependent upon a specific project’s requirements and the Client’s goals and objectives.
